FDA、RWDに関するガイドライン案を公表

FDAは、2024年3月19日「リアルワールド・エビデンス：医薬品・生物学的製剤の非介入試験に関する考察」とする業界向けガイダンスを公表した。パブリックコメントは6月20日まで受け付ける。今回のガイダンスでは、観察研究からのデータが、信頼性が高く、適切であることを確認することがポイントとなっている。
世界的にRWD/RWEが重要視される中、規制当局がこれらについてどのような関心を持っているかを知ることができる。
