英国NICE、肥満に対するチルゼパチドのドラフトガイダンスを公表

英国NICEは、2024年6月4日、過体重および肥満症治療薬に対するチルゼパチドTirzepatideのドラフトガイダンス【ID6179】を公表し1)、パブリックコメントを募集している。パブコメ締め切りは6月25日で、正式なガイダンスは10月30日に公表予定である2)。

BMIが35kg/m2以上で、体重に関連する併存疾患が少なくとも1つあり、カロリーの低い食事と身体活動の増加がある場合にのみ、成人に使用することを推奨する内容となっている。
